What is your re­entry policy?

For all shows there is NO RE-ENTRY. If there is an emergency, re-entry is bases on a case by case basis with a member of The Vinyl Lounge management.

Where do I purchase tickets?

What forms of payment do you accept?

Cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Does the venue have an ATM on site?

Not at the moment, but soon!

Is there wheelchair accessibility?

Yes. Our handicap parking spots are located on the south side of our building. There is also a lift to the main level on the north west side of our building. There is also a ramp at the Il forno entrance. Please feel free to email bookings@thevinylab.com for more information.

Does the venue have seats?

Yes, we have seats but it also depends on the show. In most cases, we'll have high top tables and stools on the first floor, and lounge seating on the mezzanine/2nd level. Patrons with special needs should email bookings@thevinylab.com in advance to make arrangements.

How old do you have to be to attend a show?

Please check each event for age restrictions.

What are your policies regarding photo/video/audio?

Still photos and recording policies are at the bands discretion and are subject to change each show. You may bring your camera with the understanding that you might need to take it back to your means of transportation prior to entering the venue.

Will I be searched before entering?

In order to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment, we reserve the right to search and/or use a metal detector on anyone before entering The Vinyl Lounge.

What items can I NOT bring into the venue?
  • Any illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia
  • Electronic smoking devices
  • Backpacks, large bags or purses
  • STICKERS - Please do not sticker our venue or our shared complex spaces
  • Weapons of any kind
  • Professional camera equipment without artist and managemen consent
  • Laser pointers
  • Markers or sharpies
  • Wallet chains
  • Lighters and matches
  • Outside food and beverages.
Do you need an ID to enter the venue?

For all ages shows, an ID is not required for entry. However, in compliance with laws of the State of Tennessee anyone 21 and older who plans on drinking or purchasing alcohol will have to show a valid, non-expired, government issued photo ID. For shows with age restrictions, an ID is required for entry. This policy is strictly enforced and any violation will result in immediate ejection from the venue.

Is smoking permitted inside the venue?

Smoking is not allowed inside the venue, but we do have designated smoking areas outside.

Where can I park?

We have more than 100 free parking spots around our building, including both sides of the building and behind the building.
